2. About Us

Ameritank LLC operates a premier liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage terminal strategically located on the Houston Ship Channel in La Porte, Texas. Our facility provides propane and butane storage, handling, and logistics services to energy traders, producers, and distributors worldwide.

TRAK Commercial LP is a commercial real estate development company focused on industrial infrastructure projects, including energy terminal development, data center sites, and logistics facilities in the Texas Gulf Coast region.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controllers are Ameritank LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and TRAK Commercial LP, a Texas limited partnership.

This processing is conducted in accordance with applicable maritime, environmental, and safety regulations.

19.2 Real Estate Development

In connection with our commercial real estate activities, we may collect information from prospective tenants and lessees, contractors and construction professionals, municipal and regulatory authorities, and adjacent property owners and community stakeholders.

19.3 Foreign Trade Zone Operations

Our facility operates within or adjacent to Foreign Trade Zone areas. Information collected in connection with FTZ operations is processed in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements.
